Blöf! uygulamasını (“Uygulama”) indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Şartları'nı kabul edersiniz. Şartları kabul etmiyorsanız lütfen Uygulama'yı kullanmayın.
Size, Uygulama'yı kişisel ve ticari olmayan amaçlarla kullanmanız için sınırlı, münhasır olmayan ve devredilemez bir lisans veriyoruz. Uygulama'yı kopyalayamaz, tersine mühendislik yapamaz veya izinsiz dağıtamazsınız.
Çevrimiçi oynarken diğer oyunculara saygılı olmayı kabul edersiniz. Aşağıdakiler yasaktır:
Uygulama içindeki jetonlar yalnızca oyun içi eğlence amaçlıdır. Gerçek para değeri taşımazlar, nakde çevrilemez, satılamaz veya devredilemez. Hesabınız kapanırsa veya jetonlar sıfırlanırsa herhangi bir tazminat hakkınız doğmaz.
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kesintisiz, hatasız veya güvenli çalışacağına dair açık ya da örtük hiçbir garanti vermiyoruz.
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, Uygulama'nın kullanımından doğan doğrudan veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumlu tutulamayız.
Bu şartları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemeler bu sayfada yayımlanır. Uygulama'yı kullanmaya devam etmeniz güncel şartları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
Bu şartlar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

By downloading or using the Blöf! app (the “App”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not accept the terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App without permission.
When playing online, you agree to be respectful to other players. The following are prohibited:
In-app chips are for in-game entertainment only. They have no real-money value and cannot be cashed out, sold, or transferred. You are not entitled to any compensation if your account is closed or chips are reset.
The App is provided “as is.” We make no express or implied warranty that it will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the App means you accept the current terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
